🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or real estate development role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and development projects in Surabaya.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
