📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.,Oversee employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with the HR department to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus.
