As a Lead Tax Officer, you will be responsible for managing tax compliance activities, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings, and providing tax advice to the organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the tax compliance activities of the organization.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation, filing, and payment of all corporate and individual tax returns.,Provide tax advice and guidance to the organization and its employees.,Monitor and analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Prepare and present tax reports and analysis to management and stakeholders.,Develop and implement tax strategies and plans to minimize the organization's tax liability.,Ensure the organization's tax records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.,Provide training and support to junior tax staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory roles.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.
