📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.,Process and reconcile bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and regulatory authorities.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings, as required.,Maintain and organize financial documents and records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients, vendors, and colleagues.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
