📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor sales targets and implement measures to achieve and exceed them.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
