Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the property industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
