📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee benefits and handling HR inquiries.Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities.Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.Assist in the analysis and reporting of HR metrics and data.Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using HR software and tools.Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Fluency in both English and Indonesian.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.🛠️ Keahlian
