📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Lead HRIS implementation and maintenance, utilizing tools like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
• Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and Human Capital Management
• Proven expertise in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs
• Certification in HR management or related field is a plus
