📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a department of 10-15 employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
