📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS systems.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
