Central Leaf Nusantara is seeking a motivated Junior HR Officer to join our team. As a Junior HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting our HR team in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited HR experience to gain valuable insights into the HR field. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.,Maintain a good understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees.,Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 0-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
