📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Pontianak branch, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.,Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.,Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain a positive reputation.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.,Monitor and manage the clinic's budget, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental clinic management or a similar leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing dental clinics and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with dental regulations and standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
