📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and company goals.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Provide training and coaching to sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular feedback to the management team.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales objectives are aligned with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
