In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our facility, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations and ensure the safety of the facility and its occupants.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Manage and supervise a team of security guards, providing training and guidance as required.,Maintain accurate and detailed security records and reports.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.,Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall security of the facility.,Perform other duties as assigned by management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security guard or a related field.,Proven leadership and management experience in a security context.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Valid security guard certification or license.,Familiarity with security technology and equipment.,Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
