Agung Elsa Sembako is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants and bookkeepers.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Monitor and control internal financial processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and financial improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Certification in professional accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
