As a Maintenance Planning Intern, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You'll work closely with our experienced maintenance team, using industry-standard tools and software to analyze equipment performance, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate repairs. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of maintenance planning in a fast-paced beverage production environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and implementing maintenance schedules using SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) software.
• Conduct equipment inspections and document findings to identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and schedule repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance maintenance operations and efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance training programs for the team.
• Support the maintenance team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling principles.
• Familiarity with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
