📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple press-on nail stores in Jakarta, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Manage and mentor a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all stores are well-stocked with the latest and most popular press-on nail products.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products and special offers, increasing customer engagement and loyalty.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative strategies to keep the stores competitive.
• Work closely with the head office to ensure that all stores align with the brand's vision and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty or press-on nail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple store locations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as Square, Lightspeed, or similar tools.
