In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement activities, ensuring that we source high-quality materials at competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of materials.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to meet our business needs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and information.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to maintain high standards.,Handle any purchasing-related issues or disputes with suppliers or internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
