📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Check in and out guests, and manage visitor logs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle mail and packages, and ensure they are delivered to the right recipients.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with office software and technology.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
