As a Crew Store, you will be responsible for managing the store's inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that the store is presentable at all times.,Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist in the organization and execution of store promotions and sales events.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work remote hours and be available for occasional in-store visits.
