Resto Citra Geprek is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet, maintaining compliance with regulations, and driving operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to ensure cost efficiency.,Manage driver assignments and schedules to optimize delivery times and routes.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any vehicle issues promptly.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and operational metrics.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proficient in using fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is a plus.
