PT Anugerah Otoman is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually to ensure comprehensive learning experiences.,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future programs.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance training quality.,Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Assist in the creation of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Valid SIM (Student Identity Card) or KTP (Identity Card) required.
