Crown Bay Pratama is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to customers.
  • Monitor sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure that it is being used effectively.
  • Attend and participate in regular staff meetings to discuss performance and address any issues.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is complying with all local laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with inventory management and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work well in a team and with a diverse group of people.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
