PT Kartika Surya is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Ubud. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the sales manager.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
