Lead and oversee the design process for large-scale architectural projects.,Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.,Ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and sustainability.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.,Oversee the implementation of design solutions, including construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the architectural field to ensure that our designs are innovative and competitive.,Mentor and guide junior architects and other team members to ensure that they are developing their skills and knowledge.,Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.,Strong understanding of architectural principles, codes, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.,Experience with large-scale architectural projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
