📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement maintenance plans to extend the lifespan of our assets.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or maintenance industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
