📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist experienced teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities tailored to students' individual needs.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special needs.
• Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to Cherish Academy's policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive and supportive culture within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with special needs (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written).
• Valid teaching certificate or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Experience in a school or educational setting (preferred but not required).
