📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily plantation operations and ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.
• Monitor crop health, pest control, and irrigation systems to maintain optimal productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with farmers and supervisors to address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Implement and monitor sustainable farming practices to promote environmental stewardship.
• Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures related to health and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including crop yields, pest incidents, and maintenance schedules.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural operations or related fields.
• Familiarity with plantation management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and best practices in crop production.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work.
• Willingness to work in various locations across Bali, including remote areas.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in agriculture or related fields preferred.
