Mobile Accounting Specialist - Flexible Work Schedule

Join Building Beaver Corporation as a Mobile Accounting Specialist and play a pivotal role in supporting our financial operations across multiple branches. This dynamic position offers a compressed work schedule (4 days a week, 12 hours per day), allowing you to balance work and personal life while making a significant impact.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, manage accounts payable and receivable, and provide exceptional customer service. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung, you will leverage your expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software to streamline our financial processes and support the growth of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all accounting records.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams, addressing their financial inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with branch managers to identify financial opportunities and implement cost-saving measures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and learn from colleagues.
• Support the implementation of new accounting systems and processes as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a mobile or flexible work environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
