📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and databases.
• Provide technical support to end-users and ensure system reliability.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware and software procurement and maintenance.
• Implement and enforce IT policies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Strong knowledge of IT security and data protection best practices.
• Proficiency in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar IT management frameworks are a plus.
