As an L&D Coordinator, you will work closely with various departments to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions. You will utilize industry-standard tools such as Moodle, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Daily, you will be involved in designing training materials, scheduling training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of our programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and the needs of our global workforce.
• Create and deliver training materials using industry-standard tools such as Moodle, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the UK L&D landscape and apply them to our programs.
• Manage and mentor junior L&D staff to ensure the continuous improvement of our training programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems such as Moodle, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
