📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with high quality and accuracy.,Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Assist in training new staff on coffee preparation techniques.,Ensure a clean and organized work environment.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of coffee recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.,Familiarity with basic coffee equipment maintenance.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
