Databricks is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our Forward Deployed Engineering (AI FDE) team, focusing on the U.S. Public Sector. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects and make a significant impact in the federal sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, along with experience in deploying AI solutions in large-scale environments.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions for federal agencies and other public sector organizations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical AI solutions.,Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems in large-scale environments.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions.,Mentor and guide junior team members in AI and machine learning best practices.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.,Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.,3+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on deploying AI solutions in large-scale environments.,Strong programming skills in Python, R, or a similar language.,Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.,Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.,Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.,Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
