📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach core subjects including Mathematics, Science, English, and Indonesian to students aged 5-12.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with national and international curricula.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support academic growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver interdisciplinary projects and activities.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities, including sports days, cultural celebrations, and field trips.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
• Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices, and seek professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an elementary school setting.
• Valid teaching certification or license, preferably from Indonesia or an equivalent international qualification.
• Strong knowledge of national and international curricula, including the Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum Nasional).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
