📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and lead a team of HVAC and Passenger Moving System technicians.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and passenger moving systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and provide expert advice on HVAC and passenger moving systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of HVAC and passenger moving systems.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure the continuous improvement of technical skills.
• Manage inventory and procurement of technical equipment and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC and Passenger Moving System maintenance and repair.
• Certifications in HVAC systems (e.g., Trane, Carrier, or similar) and passenger moving systems (e.g., Otis, Schindler, or similar).
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC and passenger moving systems.
• Familiarity with Trane Trace, Carrier Infinity, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
