📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Lead HRIS implementation and maintenance, utilizing tools like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
- Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and Human Capital Management
- Proven expertise in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs
- Certification in HR management or related field is a plus
