📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 and level 2 IT support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage and maintain IT assets, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot various software applications and operating systems.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
Document and maintain comprehensive IT support records and knowledge base.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and support new technologies and systems.
Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
Proven experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Microsoft 365.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
