As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, working closely with our Head Chef and other culinary team members. Your daily tasks will include preparing ingredients, assisting in cooking various dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards. You'll also be responsible for stocking and organizing kitchen supplies, and assisting with any special requests from our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking various dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Prepare and stock ingredients and kitchen supplies
• Assist with food presentation and plating
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
• Assist with special requests and modifications to dishes
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and maintenance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
