• Provide training and support to cooperative members to ensure successful adoption of digital technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital solutions, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the digital transformation of cooperatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital cooperation, and share knowledge with the team.
• Represent Koperasi Digital Bangka Belitung at industry events and conferences to showcase the impact of digital solutions.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the digital transformation of cooperatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully implementing digital solutions in cooperative settings.
• Strong understanding of cooperative principles and practices.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as ERPNext, Odoo, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to remote locations within Bangka Belitung province as needed.
