As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and compliance of our fire protection systems. You will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to ensure that all fire systems are functioning optimally and in accordance with international standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and compliance of fire protection systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all fire systems are functioning optimally.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with fire systems.
• Ensure compliance with all fire safety regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior staff on fire safety protocols and best practices.
• Coordinate with emergency response teams to ensure effective fire safety measures.
• Provide regular reports on the status of fire systems and any potential risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire protection systems management.
• Certification in Fire Protection Systems (NFPA 10, NFPA 25, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and suppression systems.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
