📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Use customer service software like Freshdesk or Zendesk to manage and track customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
• Stay updated with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report customer feedback and service metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with customer service software like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel to different locations in Bali.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
